Communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking are key to the learning process. Students will plan, implement, and assess approved learning experiences for young children that consider both developmental domains and content areas appropriate for individual and group abilities, contexts, and cultures. Students will engage in field work at a preschool for three hours a day for four days a week to observe examples of the ways in which methods are implemented in such settings.
