RELI 216 Mystical Consciousness, East and West Course explores a variety of philosophical and religious texts on mysticism, meditation, and spirituality from both the Eastern and Western traditions. Classroom activities of meditation, ritual process, and creative flow give students direct experience of these concepts. Weekly contemplations and two extended papers further help students understand mystical awareness at both the intellectual and experiential levels.
