BIOL 160 Personal Wellness This science course focuses on a holistic approach to health management. You will learn to assess your current wellness status and how to make improvements where necessary. Topics include exercise science, nutrition, self-esteem, mental health, stress management, relationships, effective communications, violence, sexuality, chronic diseases, and addictions. Some classes require mild to moderate movement.
