MUSC 135 Techniques for Improvisation I This is an introductory study in improvisation. Students in this course will explore standard jazz and contemporary repertoire through application of theoretical and technical concepts. This course is a part of a sequence for music majors. Students will apply the methods taught in this class in their private study.
