HUMA 105 Gay and Lesbian Studies I: 1600 to 1980 This course is Part I of a two-part course called Gay and Lesbian Studies. The material in Part I focuses on the GLBT community from 1600-1980. The course explores the contributions of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals to historical and contemporary U.S. culture. Readings, films, and guest lecturers will help establish the necessary sociological and historical context for the course.
