DANC 260 Yoga II Course takes the basic poses learned in the beginning course to more advanced levels, introducing new postures and increasing challenges to muscle flexibility and strength. Students deepen their understanding and practice of yoga and solidify a lifelong relationship with this discipline for personal health and relaxation.
