ARTS 631 Graduate Teaching Seminar This course will introduce the fundamentals for artists interested in teaching, in higher education and other venues. Students will have the opportunity work with a faculty member in an undergraduate classroom environment. Syllabus-writing, time management, and important theoretical and practical aspects of learning and teaching will be covered. Seminars will range from the practical concerns of constructing and conducting a class, to theoretical, thought-provoking issues centered on both teaching and learning.
