COMM 107 Social Media and Digital Strategy Foundations


This introductory course provides the foundation for students to learn about different social media issues, institutional relationships, and concepts that would help them to become better social media users and producers. In its core, students will be able to strengthen their digital literacy skills and knowledge of social media in terms of applications, ethics, uses, relationships, and effects as they examine various past, present, and future issues that are presented in social media. Furthermore, students will engage in critical discussions of their social media influences from personal and business perspectives as well as predict and design future needs in social media.
