CINE 329 Scene Study with Camera: A Directing Workshop Course focuses on narrative scene work that is written by the director. Two scenes are developed, cast, rehearsed, shot on location and edited. Collaboration with a cinematographer remains a focus. Critical evaluation during each stage in the process emphasizes identifying the opportunities to revise and improve the material as the director realizes the dramatic potential of a scene and continues to develop a personal style.
