BUSE 358 Marketing Data Analytics This course explores data analytics and their impact on marketing strategies. Students start with the fundamentals of proprietary social platform insights and move on to more complex consumer observations provided by big data. Students will explore engagement metrics, cost per click, multi-tiered demographics, audience segmentation, return on engagement, customer relationship management, complex targeting structures, behavioral statistics, and email success metrics.
