Launching and Operating a Successful Business provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage a new business venture. Students learn how to turn innovative ideas into profitable and sustainable businesses by identifying suitable business and revenue models, budgeting, building a team, managing customers, establishing and maintaining operations, learning how to scale a business, and exploring potential exit and pivot strategies.
