46-3971 Cultural Studies Senior Capstone Internship II Cultural Studies Senior Capstone Internship II builds upon the work students do in Capstone Internship I. Students continue with their supervised work experience, but engage in a rigorous critical investigation of the internship site-in terms of its social location, cultural function, and theoretical significance-that will complement and deepen this experience. This investigation should therefore integrate the internship experience into previous learning experiences throughout the student’s academic career. As a result of this investigation, students will produce a substantive paper evaluating their internship in relation to Cultural Studies. Work in this seminar will be undertaken in consultation with the Capstone Seminar instructor, CS faculty advisor, and fellow students. The class will organize and present their research at The Cultural Studies Forum, a public roundtable at the end of the semester.
