54-3570 Communication Tools for Business Course is a hands-on study of the tools marketers use to communicate internally and externally: conference reports, business letters, memos, voice mail greetings and messages, on-hold messages, newsletters, presentations, PowerPoint, and meetings. Students will replicate actual business situations by turning ideas and concepts into actionable projects.
