56-2140HN Cancer and Cell Biology Research: Honors The purpose of this course is to expose students to a variety of laboratory techniques used in cancer and other disease-related research. This is a research, lecture, laboratory, and discussion course addressing selected current topics in cancer and cell biology. Students will be expected to spend three hours per week in lecture/group laboratory sessions and one hour per week working in small groups in the research laboratory. In addition to other possible pre-requisites, students need a minimum G.P.A. of 3.50 or higher to enroll.
