BUSE 312 Organizational Behavior This course examines the relationship between organizational structures and the behavior that results from these structures. Effective management systems and methods will be studied, teaching students how an organization’s environment impacts behavior and vice versa. Additional topics include leadership; ethics; resources management; and diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
