ARTS 110 Drawing Drawing is a foundational course to develop essential observational drawing and mark making skills. Students will learn to accurately depict objects, picture planes, and volumes through hand-to-eye coordination exercises that emphasize line, tone, and perspective. The course covers one, two, and three-point perspective, as well as principles of composition, texture, and shading techniques to create depth and realism. Through hands-on practice, critiques, and discussions, students build a strong basis in form development and visual analysis, preparing them for advanced work in their respective fields.
