BUSE 222 Crisis and Reputation Management This course provides an opportunity for students to enhance their skill set beyond traditional public relations for organizations, products, and services and develop strategic communications skills and tactics for responding to public policy issues and crises. Students analyze, discuss, and develop case studies on how public relations techniques are applied to issues, advocacy, and crisis response. Students also discuss the critically important and timely topic of Reputation Management and ways to proactively manage brand perceptions amongst a variety of key stakeholders, inside and outside organizations.
