CINE 238 Topics in Film and Television Studies This rotating topics course explores various themes in film and television studies. Specific topics may include areas such as authorship, genre, reception studies, adaptation, and emergent trends in international cinema and television. Sections may also investigate contemporary trends in documentary, essay films, and other avant-garde forms. Students will participate in lectures, screenings, presentations, and engage in individual research that establishes a unique understanding of the selected topics.
