CRWR 330 Writing Toward Our Future
We begin the course by examining literature that explores one or more enduring problems: global wealth inequality, racism and systems of exclusion, climate change, food scarcity and distribution, or other challenges we face in building a more just and inclusive world for ourselves and our shared future. Then, we’ll use our consideration of how other writers have addressed these concerns to help us compose our own critical or creative commentaries. Working in groups, we’ll produce short anthologies of student-authored works that can inform how readers outside the course might consider the issues we address.
