22-2960 Color Strategies This course examines the study of traditional color theory in depth along with modernist color applications. The basic text sources for the course are Johannes Iten’s The Elements of Color and Joseph Alber’s The Interaction of Color. Many of the color exercises taught at the Bauhaus will be a foundation of the class. Students will be able to orient their color thinking towards their major area of study throughout the semester.
