Animation Minor

Return to: Majors and Programs
Animation, as an art form, appeals to many students. The Animation Minor offers a 20-credit minor degree to non-Cinema Art and Science students. This minor requires students to enroll in the three core animation courses: Animation 1, History of Animation, and Storyboarding for Animation (totaling 11 credits). The remaining nine credits are dedicated to Animation electives. The minor replaces the student’s college-wide electives. This degree program option attracts students college-wide, and recognizes those that earn the minor, in addition to their major, in an official capacity.
