THEA 247 AUTOCAD for the Performing Arts This course provides students with a thorough introduction to computer aided design with a focus on theatrical uses of AutoCAD. With hands on exercises, assignments, and projects students should gain the capacity to create and distribute industry standard (USITT) theatrical drawings that mimic hand drafting. This course is recommended for scenic designers. Student access to the computer lab is available to complete assignments outside of class.
