22-2415 Illustration Introduction: Studio This course covers the fundamental process of illustration from conceptual development to application of traditional and digital media for books, magazines, journals, posters, and storyboards. The objective of the course is to develop, from a historical perspective, the fundamental understanding of illustration as a form of visual expression. Students learn to comprehend the basic principles of illustration as a form of communication.
