31-1225 Theatre Foundation: Performance In ‘Performance’ students will explore presence, the audience/performance relationship and how to shape time, space and energy in work with scripted and devised material. This course is part of the Theatre Freshman Foundation and provides a strong foundation for the theatre artist through an integrated study of movement, voice, design, ensemble and performance. Students will develop technique, strategy and skills, deepen their theatrical vocabulary and create design and performance under the organizing principles of space, composition, time, character and story.
3 Credits Requisites CONCURRENT: 31-1325 Theatre Foundation: Performance Technique AND 31-1625 Theatre Foundation: Design and Composition
