22-1920 Making 2 Making 2 is the second in a pair of foundation-level courses that teach students how to solve art and design problems. It builds on Making 1 by strengthening the first-year student’s ability to analyze and use critical strategies common to major areas of study offered within the departments of Art + Design, Photography and Fashion Studies. Assuming the role of problem-solver, students work on increasingly complex projects which culminate in a formalized demonstration of their ability to make work.
