56-2851HN Quantum Physics: Fundamental Ideas: Honors This course is designed for non-scientists (with little or no background in physics and mathematics) with emphasis on the apparent paradoxes, beauty, and fundamental ideas of quantum physics. Students will learn basic ideas about quantum duality, wave functions, uncertainty principle, teleportation, theory of relativity, elementary particles, and cosmology. This course is part of the Honors program and requires, at a minimum, a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher to register.
