This minor will focus on preparing a student for a career in writing for television in all its various forms, from comedy, drama and branded entertainment to the growing fields of interactive and web based media. This market is particularly open to new talent because of the expansion of outlets that can utilize the talents of a trained scriptwriter and the voracious appetite of these outlets for content and therefore scripts.
