PHYS 220 Fundamentals of Physics I This is an algebra-based course designed to introduce students to fundamental principles and ideas in physics. Central topics include motion, forces, Newton’s laws, friction, momentum, energy, rotations, fluids, oscillations, and thermodynamics. Content will be delivered through lecture, demonstrations, group tutorials, and laboratory exercises.
